You can take this anywhere from a free interpretation (tell a story with your photo that involves a pattern!) to literally looking for patterns – and in a close-up or a larger frame too of course. Patterns. The possibilities are endless!

SOLD OUT! June 30 Workshop: Organization & Workflow in Lightroom with Alexander S. Kunz

Our Lightroom workshops with the club’s own Lightroom tutor and vice president Alexander S. Kunz are back. This first workshop of the year is focused solely on organizing photos in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic CC. The workshop will help you stay on top of your photo organization and workflow so that you’ll never lose track again.

May 2018 Photo Club Meeting – Macro Photography with Monica Royal

You are invited to the May 2018 Meeting of the San Diego Photo Club on Thursday, May 17th, 2018. Our main presenter this month is Monica Royal. May 2018 Photo Quest: Speed!

It’s time for another monthly photo quest and this month’s theme is SPEED. Does it make your creative juices flow already? 🙂 Think of all the ways you can express speed in a photograph – you could go for a “speedy” subject of course, but you can also employ camera techniques like panning with a slow shutter speed, maybe combined with rear-curtain flash, or even a long exposure.
